The Age has today reported an employee has been awarded more than 1 million dollars in a negotiated workplace bullying settlement.

The report details:

• how as a result of the bullying the employee is unable to ever work again
• the 1 million is made up of two parts
  • an insurance payout for total and permanent disablement
  • a workers compensation payment for past and future earning capacity
